Ownership & running costs

What happens next.

Scope before build.

I confirm the functional scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, delivery plan, fixed build price and expected third-party running costs in writing before development starts. No payment is collected at enquiry or during production.

One invoice after completion.

The full agreed one-off build price is invoiced only after the scoped website and/or app has been completed and presented for client approval. There are no staged payments or recurring studio charges.

Approval, payment and release.

Following approval, the invoice becomes payable under the written proposal. Production deployment, source handover and app-store submission take place after cleared payment. Apple and Google review decisions remain outside the studio's control.

Your infrastructure.

You own and pay for your domain, hosting, developer accounts and third-party services directly. Deployment to those accounts is included only where stated in the agreed scope.

Changes and support.

Work outside the agreed acceptance criteria is estimated and approved separately before implementation. Optional post-launch engineering, maintenance and feature development are priced as separate one-off support packages.
